1.Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. I may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

2.Who you're dealing with

This site belongs to Eli's UGC Corner ("I," "me," or "my"), a user-generated content (UGC) creator based in Utah, United States. I create short-form video and photo content for brands to use in their own advertising and social channels. This website exists to show my work and let brands reach out about working together.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to contact me for services or enter into an agreement with me. By reaching out, you confirm you meet that requirement and that any information you give me is accurate.

4.My services and how projects work

Requests made through this site are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. A project is only booked once we agree on scope in writing and any required deposit is paid. Each engagement is defined by its own proposal or agreement, which covers:

• the deliverables (number of videos, photos, edits, and formats);
• usage rights and how long the brand may use the content, including any paid-ad or whitelisting rights;
• revisions included and the cost of extra rounds;
• timeline and delivery method; and
• price, deposit, and payment schedule.

Nothing on this website is a guarantee that I will accept any particular project.

5.Quotes, payment, and deposits

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote and may change after that. Unless the individual agreement says otherwise, a deposit is due before I start work, and the balance is due on or before delivery. Payment terms, late fees, and refund conditions are set in that agreement. Because UGC is custom work produced for you, completed and delivered content is generally non-refundable once approved.

6.Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, video, logos, and design, is owned by me or my licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it without my written permission.

Rights to the content I create for a brand transfer or license to that brand only as spelled out in the project agreement, and only after full payment. Until then, I retain ownership. Materials a brand supplies to me (products, logos, brand assets, briefs) remain that brand's property, and the brand confirms it has the right to give them to me for the project.

7.Content and information you send me

If you send me feedback, testimonials, brand details, or a project brief, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that material to respond to you, deliver services, and, in the case of testimonials or reviews you knowingly provide, to display it on my website and social channels. You confirm that anything you send is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights. If you would like a testimonial removed, contact me and I will take it down going forward.

8.Acceptable use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or harvest data from it in bulk, or use it to send spam or harmful code. I may suspend or block access if the site is misused.

9.Third-party links and platforms

This site and my work involve third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others, and may link to sites I do not control. I am not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms or sites, and their terms apply to your use of them.

10.No guarantees on results

My services and this website are provided "as is." UGC performance depends on many factors outside my control, including a brand's own ad spend, targeting, product, and market. I do not promise any specific views, engagement, sales, or other results, and no such outcome should be assumed from examples of past work.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or my services, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific project the claim relates to.

12.Indemnification

You agree to cover me against claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or materials you provided to me that infringed someone else's rights.

13.Termination

I may suspend or end your access to this website at any time if you break these terms or act in a way that harms the site, me, or others. Cancellation of a booked project is handled under that project's own agreement.

14.Changes to these terms

I may revise these terms to reflect changes in my services or the law. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
